Returns are accepted only on parts purchased over our retail parts counter. The part must be in the original container and not be damaged or destroyed. Electrical parts that have been opened are not eligible for return under any circumstances. You must contact our parts department directly to start return process at (816) 455-3500. No returns after 10 days. All returns must be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Shipping is provided at an extra cost and must be handled in person either by phone, email or at our location. Billed amount for shipping will be addressed on a per case basis. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes
We will make local deliveries to approved customers on current delivery routes within metro Kansas City, MO. No deliveries are provided outside of our 25 mile radius of the metro city.
