Gladstone Dodge Chrysler Jeep & RAM is seeking qualified candidates for top sales positions and/or assistant sales managers. Currently we are looking for experienced sales professionals and/or assistant sales manager "Closer" to join our winning team of Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep & Ram associates in the Midwest!
Mission:
Achieve sales goals and objectives relevant to the components of the strategic plan. Implement best business practices and The Gladstone Difference to deliver superior client and associate satisfaction. We offer a 50 hour work week, 401k, health care, paid vacation and we are locally owned and operated for nearly 30 years.
On average our sales staff earns $50k plus per year. We want long term team members.
Required Experience:
Required; Two plus years' experience in automotive sales or any type of retail sales environment as we will train the right candidates.
Preferred:
Experience on the sales floor and finance department. Our ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, leadership skills, self-motivated; high ethical standards and a strong work ethic; the ability to respond appropriately to inquiries.
