I inquired about a car they had. They took 4 days to send me a email, and keep going with a story they tried to call me when they never did. The internet sales rep started trying to rage bait me, and shaming me on not being able to afford to buy a new car. Apparently the owner doesn’t care these actions go on.

Would rate zero stars if that were an option. We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee here for repairs after it had been stolen. There was no damage to the windshield when the vehicle arrived at the dealership (as confirmed by inspection and photographs taken by the insurance adjuster). One of the repairs involved repairing wiring behind the rearview mirror and reattaching the rearview mirror to the windshield. When repairs were complete and the dealership provided us with the keys we saw multiple very large cracks in our windshield that originate directly behind the rearview mirror where the repairs were made. ...

Sold us a mopar warranty and lied about where we could use it. Title to vehicle was sent over 3 weeks after purchase and then was delayed in shipping for 3 weeks so the temp tag ran out and we still had to drive 100 miles to pickup title at the shippers. People don't return phone calls just general poor service and now the vehicle is in need of repair after less than 500 miles. Be very careful if you decide to buy from them.

Service department was terrible. Poor communication, 2+ hours was the regular for an oil change, nobody greets you (or even acknowledges you) when you walk in. When I brought my truck in for an issue, they couldn't even tell me if it was looked at or fixed, they just handed me the keys. Highly do not recommend

Worst service. Bought 2015 Jeep and was sold a lifetime detailing package I didn't really want but when the deal dropped from $900 to $500 I took it. Never going back. Had a coolant leak and limped to the dealer down the road who sells jeeps. Found out they're the sister store of an official jeep dealer and any powertrain warranty work needs to be done at official Jeep dealer. 3 year old van transmission went out. SECOND VAN purchased exactly 101,000 miles transmission went out. Dealership help in any way. NO, just give them the money and move along. Transmissions and oil leaks are know for these products unfortunately we stuck with them. Their loyalty ends when they get their check to xxxx with the struggling families that rely on them!!!!

Service department is an absolute joke! I took my brand new jeep in to have a minor manufacture paint blemish fixed. Its been over a month now and they still cant tell me when it will be done. Every time I call and ask they say they will find out what is going on and get back with me and then never follow through. I will never buy, sell or have my vehicle worked on at this dealership ever again and nor SHOULD YOU!!! By the love of god don't do it, go someplace else.

I am beyond displeased and aggravated with this dealership. I bought a 2014 Jeep patriot about four years ago with less than 20,000 miles on it. I came in today to try to trade it in and they won’t give me anything for it because it might need a new engine. It also has under 135,000 miles on it. Good job taking care of your customers guys. I really wish I could give no stars because they are not worth the one star or even negative stars. The absolute worse experience in customer service, all about the money. I have a lemon that I was sold at another dealer brought it here because it's where Chrysler sent me refused to look at it unless I agreed to pay them $150 to just look at it. My vehicle is new and died while driving down a highway just died.

Nice when they make a sale. Go in for an oil change and 2 1/2 hours later finally done. No updates or communication it would lake that long. Mentioned it to manager Jordan, he did not care. They got their money so didn’t care. Would not recommend for maintenance at all.

I feel like it was a one night stand. They loved me while I was there, then I tried calling them and no one would call me back. Asked multiple times about 0% for 84 months was pre-qualified then 2 hours into my 3 hour drive was called to be notified that the vehicle I wanted was for only 48 months. pictures don't always add up on online sites to their website. Was hard to get stickers for vehicles. Some red flags made me nervous about this dealership. I hope your experience was better than mine.

Terrible culture and sales practices. Out of state buyer and have a signed agreement and paid a deposit on a TRX...............paying a $10k premium for a Launch Edition. Troy and Adam sold the vehicle to someone else for more money and then lied to me about what happened blaming on a snafu with the VIN. We bought my new 2019 Durango GT Plus and have had issues with service and after market since day one. We paid for paint protection, etc and my car wasnt even washed when they said it was ready to pick up. So obviously no paint protection done. we had a 1300 dollar hitch added and they didnt put the correct wiring harness on it. It took 2 visits to get that corrected.. and now the paint peeled off the front bumper and they are saying it's not covered. We have had 2 different issues in a 3 month time period. The most recent involved an oil change. We had greasy fingerprints on our glove box and the air conditioning vents along with grease on the outside of the vehicle. I took my Ram 3500 in for some recall work and to have a problem with the backup direction lines on the rearview video corrected. They took care of it forme very quickly, which was especially nice because I got the recall notice just days before I was to haul an 8 ton trailer 1000 miles.

I regularly got my oil changed here since purchasing my 2015 Cherokee. It’s gone steadily downhill, and I’ll never go back. The waiting room was filthy, it took 2+ hours, even though there was only one person ahead of me, and staff acted quite unexcited for me to be there. Let’s talk about that waiting room: food trash left from previous customers, stained, filthy chairs, blaring tv, and in general, floors and tables that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a week.

Service was completed in a timely manner however, it would seem that the charges for diagnostic checks would be waived if repairs are to be completed at the facility. I would guess that plugging into a port and accessing the system would take maybe 15 minutes. My main complaint was that a trial membership to SiriusXM was assigned to my vehicle without my authorization. Who determines this? I will be sure it doesn't happen again.

Very few parts in stock. Did not even have the tires in stock. Dropped off on a Saturday morning, promised by end of following week; ten days later they finially completed installing 4 tires and a window regulator (to raise and lower electric window). I went here to get a recall repaired on a preowned car i bought from another dealer and this service department was exceptional. I mean the customer service was way beyond top notch and they were very thorough. There was no benefit in my being there for them. Even though we have had problems with service dept. since Heather left we decided to return ONLY because of Tony. He is a pleasure to work with and went above & beyond to satisfy us. We will continue to refer friends and family and hope this dealership is committed to earning and keeping our business in the future.
